The Belgian Coffee Roasting Championship is Belgium’s national coffee roasting competition, organized by the Specialty Coffee Association Belgium chapter. Inaugurated in 2025, the annual championship determines Belgium’s representative at the World Coffee Roasting Championship.
Competitors work with standardized green lots supplied to all participants, roasting across three stages: a single origin, a blend, and a sensory evaluation round judged by a panel of certified judges. The format mirrors the world championship, ensuring the national winner arrives in Brussels prepared for the international stage.
